Where we deliver, when, and what it costs.

SF Daily Meals is operated by SF Caterers (GSTIN 29AGCPI1787J1Z2). Last updated 28 September 2026.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver in Bengaluru, within about 20 km by road of our kitchen at No.55, 3rd Floor, Gospel Street, 10th Cross, Lingarajapuram, Bengaluru 560084, and only in pincodes our delivery partner Borzo serves. When you add an address we check both and tell you straight away if we cannot deliver there.

2. When we deliver

Meals are delivered Monday to Friday. Lunch is delivered between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM and dinner between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM. We do not deliver on weekends.

Your first delivery is on the start date shown when you subscribe. Changes to a day — food, box, pausing — must be made by 10:00 PM the night before.

3. How your meal reaches you

Meals are cooked fresh each morning and delivered by Borzo couriers. The courier may call you on arrival; please keep your phone reachable. If you use the steel tiffin, leave yesterday's empty tiffin out and the courier collects it on the same trip.

Please refrigerate your meal if you are not eating it straight away. We cannot be responsible for food left unattended after delivery.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery is charged per meal by road distance from our kitchen, as shown on the delivery rate card on our Plans page, with GST included. Everyone at the same address shares one delivery fee. A handling fee of ₹12 per meal also applies, to make sure your food reaches you warm and fresh. Companies with more than 20 people at one address get free delivery.

5. If a delivery fails

If we cannot deliver a meal — for example the address cannot be reached — nothing is taken for it: the amount held is released, or refunded in full to your wallet if it was already taken. If you were unavailable to receive it, contact us the same day and we will look into it.
