1. What we collect

Account details: your name, mobile number and email address, verified by a one-time code or by Google or Microsoft sign-in.

Delivery details: the addresses you save, their pincode and map location, and the road distance from our kitchen, which sets your delivery fee.

Your plan and orders: the meals, boxes and days you choose, pauses, cancellations, wallet payments, refunds and delivery status.

Messages you send us through the contact, complaint and enquiry forms.

2. How we use it

To cook and deliver your meals, manage your plan and wallet, send order and account updates by WhatsApp, SMS and email, answer your questions, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we send promotional messages only if you have allowed them in your notification settings.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run SF Daily Meals, and only what each needs: Borzo, our delivery partner (your name, phone number, address and delivery notes, to deliver your meal); Razorpay, our payment gateway (to take payments and process refunds); Gupshup and ZeptoMail (to send WhatsApp messages and emails); 2Factor (to send sign-in codes); and Google Maps (to check your address and distance).

If your employer pays for your meals, your company's administrators can see your meal schedule, pauses and attendance for that plan.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

4. Payments and card details

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank passwords, and we never debit your account automatically.

5. How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep account and order records while your account is open and for as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards. Wallet and billing records are kept as a permanent ledger.

Your information is stored with access limited to the staff who need it, over encrypted connections.

6. Your choices and rights

You can view and correct your details in your profile, change your notification settings at any time, and ask us for a copy of your information or for your account to be deleted by writing to us. Changing your registered mobile number needs a request from your registered email, as one account is tied to one number.
